Pakistan Cricket Board unveils Champions Cup mentors


The National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee on Inter-Provincial Coordination reviewed the recent move of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) from the Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination to the Prime Minister's Secretariat on Thursday.

LAHORE: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially announced the appointment of five legendary cricketers as mentors for the upcoming Champions ODI Cup.

The list includes former captains Misbah-ul-Haq, Sarfraz Ahmed, and Waqar Younis, along with seasoned players Saqlain Mushtaq and Shoaib Malik.

These cricketing greats will take on their mentoring roles as the tournament kicks off on September 12 in Faisalabad.

PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi highlighted the vast experience each of these cricketers brings to the table, expressing confidence that their insights will greatly benefit the participating teams.
