PTI Chairman’s bail hearing in six cases adjourned

ISLAMABAD: A district and sessions court in Islamabad has adjourned the hearing on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman’s bail applications in six cases.

The court, presided over by Additional District and Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra, also extended the interim bail for Bushra Bibi in a case related to fake receipts, with both matters now set to reconvene on November 28.

During Tuesday’s proceedings, Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi’s petitions were considered, with Bushra Bibi represented by her lawyer Khalid Yousaf Chaudhry Advocate.

Accountability court issues arrest warrants for PTI chairman

Notably, Chairman PTI was not present in the courtroom, and the submission of the report regarding his appearance was deferred.

The court’s decision includes extending Bushra Bibi’s interim bail in one case while adjourning the hearing on Imran Khan’s bail applications to November 28.
