CNG Stations to remain closed in Sindh from Sunday

KARACHI: All Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) stations across Sindh, notably in Karachi, will remain closed for 24 hours from Sunday morning.

According to Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC), Karachi along with other cities of Sindh will experience a complete suspension of gas supply for 24 hours.

The spokesperson said that CNG filling stations are being closed as per the gas load management plan to meet gas shortfall.

The CNG stations in Sindh will close from 8 am Sunday (March 17) till 8 am Monday (March 18), according to SSGC spokesperson.

The closures are likely to affect cargo and public transportation services and some taxi operations, especially in Karachi and other cities
