SC orders closure of Monal, other restaurants in National Park

ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) on Tuesday ordered closure of all restaurants situated in the National park including Monal.

The court directed that all restaurants within the National Park must be completely shut down within three months.

LHC stops enforcement of Punjab Defamation Act, 2024

If any lease is intended to be granted outside the National Park, the affected restaurants should be given priority, the court stated.

Commercial activities cannot be allowed in the National Park, emphasized the Supreme Court.
