PM Sharif to address the global health agenda at WEF today

RIYADH: Today is the second day of Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif’s visit to Saudi Arabia to attend the special session of the World Economic Forum (WEF). PM Sharif will address the global health agenda in the session.
Pro-Palestine protestors disrupt German ambassador’s speech
In addition to his participation in the WEF session, the prime minister is scheduled to hold important bilateral meetings on the sidelines of the forum, including a meeting with the Emir of Kuwait.
PM Sharif is also expected to hold meetings with the Saudi ministers of finance, industry and investment, as well as the Managing Director of the IMF and the President of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB).
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif arrived in Saudi Arabia on Saturday (yesterday) to attend the WEF’s special meeting on Global Collaboration, Growth, and Energy, scheduled for April 28-29.

Upon his arrival at the Riyadh Royal airport, he was received by Riyadh Deputy Governor Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Bin Abdul Aziz, Pakistan’s ambassador to Saudi Arabia, and embassy staff.
Accompanying the Prime Minister on this visit are Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb.
