Nawaz Sharif leaves for China tonight

ISLAMABAD: Former three-time prime minister and Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) Quaid Nawaz Sharif will leave on a four-day visit to  China on Monday night.

Nawaz Sharif will take off for China at 9:45pm tonight from Lahore on a flight of China’s Southern Airline.

According to party sources, Nawaz Sharif’ s visit to China is also personal as he wants to get a medical checkup.  Besides this during his stay in China, he is scheduled to hold meetings with high-level officials.

Foreign minister Ishaq dar will also accompany Nawaz Sharif.

It may be mentioned here that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will also visit China in May to restore Beijing’s confidence in Islamabad with regard to various projects.
