PESHAWAR: The leakage of the question paper for the Pakistan Studies exam in the matriculation examinations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) has cast a shadow on the integrity of the examination process.
The breach of security occurred under the watch of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) DI Khan and Malakand Board, casting a shadow of doubt over the integrity of the examination process.
This unsettling development is not an isolated incident. It comes on the heels of a series of previous leaks on the 20th, 22nd, and 23rd.

KP’s Education Minister, Faisal Tariq has taken immediate notice of the leak and in an effort to address the issue, Tariq has issued a notice announcing disciplinary actions against those responsible.
However, despite the swift action taken, concerns remain unabated. The Malakand Division Commissioner has also stepped in, appointing an inquiry officer to delve into the matter and ascertain the source of the leak.
As students prepare to sit for their exams, the recurring pattern of leaked papers has left many wondering about the sanctity of the process.
