LONDON: Jemima Goldsmith, ex-wife of former prime minister and cricketer Imran Khan, was hospitalised after a fall during a mountain hike in South Africa.
The film producer slipped while descending Lion’s Head summit in Cape Town.
She shared photos online, showing her in a wheelchair with her right foot and ankle in a protective boot.
Jemima was in South Africa for New Year celebrations.

On Instagram, she captioned her post, “Festive break (pun intended) in Cape Town,” mentioning stunning summit views before her tumble and a long hobble down in the dark.
Jemima, daughter of financier Sir James Goldsmith, also shared pictures from the hospital, posing with crutches.

She resides at her £15 million Kiddington Hall estate in Oxfordshire, surrounded by gardens designed by Capability Brown.
Jemima, who had converted to Islam before marrying Imran Khan, has also voiced support for Palestine amid the ongoing Israel-Hamas conflict.
Previously, she was in relationships with Hugh Grant and Russell Brand and is also the founder of Instinct Productions.
