WUHAN: Chaudhry Salik Hussain, Federal Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development, arrived in Wuhan, China, today on a special flight bearing the mortal remains of five Chinese nationals who lost their lives in a bomb attack on March 26, 2024.

Welcomed by dignitaries and representatives from the Pakistan Embassy, Minister Hussain participated in a solemn ceremony at Wuhan airport, honouring the memory of the departed Chinese nationals. During his visit, he convened a meeting with Chen Ping, Vice Governor of Hubei Province, extending condolences for the loss of innocent lives.
Minister Hussain reaffirmed Pakistan’s unwavering commitment to apprehending those responsible for the despicable act.
In a poignant tribute, Minister Hussain acknowledged the invaluable contributions of the Chinese personnel to Pakistan’s development and progress.
