Fatal clash in Nawabshah over land dispute, CM takes notice

NAWABSHAH: In a tragic turn of events, Nawab Shah witnessed a violent clash between two rival gangs over a land dispute, resulting in one fatality and six individuals sustaining injuries, as confirmed by local police officials.

Following the altercation, the body of the deceased and the injured were swiftly transported to the hospital for medical treatment, under the supervision of law enforcement authorities.

Expressing profound sorrow over the incident, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah condemned the violence, particularly lamenting its occurrence during the holy month of Ramazan. He underscored the need for swift action to restore peace and tranquillity in the affected area.

In response to the escalating tensions, Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has directed the Inspector General of Sindh Police to conduct a thorough investigation into the matter and submit a comprehensive report.

He also urged for urgent measures are to be implemented to mitigate further unrest and ensure the safety and security of all residents.
