Cousin of KP CM Gandapur murdered in DI Khan

PESHAWAR: Cousin of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s (KP) Chief Minister (CM) Ali Amin Gandapur has been murdered in Dera Ismail Khan.

According to police, the incident occurred in the Kulachi area, where unidentified assailants opened fire on CM Gandapur’s cousin, Saqlain Khan. He died on the spot.

Saqlain Khan’s elder brother, Fareedon Gandapur, had previously contested elections from Kulachi on a TLP ticket.

After the attack, Saqlain Khan’s body was handed over to his family following a post-mortem examination. Police are investigating the case to identify and apprehend the culprits.
