Ushna Shah’s candid advice for husbands

ISLAMABAD: Pakistani actress Ushna Shah has voiced her stance on maintaining boundaries post-marriage, emphasising the importance of trust between partners to avoid unnecessary phone checks.

Recently, Ushna Shah made an appearance on a private television programme where the host inquired if wives should inspect their husbands’ mobile phones. In response, the actress conveyed that while it isn’t necessary for wives to delve into their husbands’ mobiles, if a wife happens to come across her husband’s phone, it shouldn’t lead to any complications. She noted that most men tend to keep their phones face down.

Sharing an anecdote about her own husband, Ushna Shah expressed gratitude that she doesn’t face such concerns. She praised her husband, stating that he’s very understanding and respectful. She revealed that after their wedding, without her asking, he added her Face ID to his phone.

Furthermore, the actress emphasised that after marriage, there shouldn’t be a need for secretive phone codes. She suggested that if someone intends to keep secrets after marriage, they shouldn’t get married in the first place. Ushna Shah encouraged individuals to maintain their true nature and behaviour in a way that eliminates the necessity for partners to conduct intrusive phone checks.
