JHELUM: After a leopard roaming around avegetable market in the Kurram district yesterday, today a group of monkeys set out to explore the residential areas of Jhelum.

Jhelum, a quaint town in Pakistan, found itself in the midst of an unexpected spectacle when a group of mischievous monkeys made a daring escape from a nearby circus near Dina.

The monkeys, driven by their newfound freedom, wasted no time venturing into populated areas, catching the residents off guard. With nimble agility, the primates leaped from houses to rooftops and even descended upon local markets, causing quite a commotion. Bystanders gaped in astonishment as the monkeys playfully swung from trees and signs, leaving a trail of laughter and chaos in their wake.

Amidst the laughter, however, a few unfortunate incidents occurred. Three individuals, including a child, were reported injured during the monkey escapade, as some of the over-enthusiastic simians ventured a bit too close to curious onlookers.

Thankfully, the circus management sprang into action, determined to regain control of their unruly performers. Swiftly and skillfully, the circus staff managed to round up the daring escapees and restore order to the town. With the last mischievous monkey safely back under their care, the circus breathed a collective sigh of relief, and Jhelum returned to its peaceful serenity.
