Who is the woman Lando Norris embraced after his F1 triumph?

As Lando Norris sealed his first Formula 1 world title in Abu Dhabi, one emotional moment quickly stole the spotlight. Moments after the chequered flag, the McLaren driver rushed into a tearful embrace with his girlfriend, Margarida Corceiro, as his family joined them on the track to celebrate the biggest victory of his career.

Corceiro, known as Magui, is a Portuguese model, actress and entrepreneur. Born in 2002 in Santarém, Portugal, she began modelling at the age of 10 and later built a successful television career with roles in popular Portuguese series including Prisioneira, Bem Me Quer and Morangos com Açúcar. She is also the co-founder of eco-conscious swimwear brand Missus and has built a strong following on social media through fashion, lifestyle and travel content.

Norris and Corceiro were first linked in 2023, before briefly parting ways in 2024. They reunited in 2025, with Corceiro returning to the Formula 1 paddock as Norris mounted his championship challenge. Since then, she has become a regular presence at races, often seen cheering from the garage and trackside.

Speaking previously about their relationship, Norris has said Corceiro helps him stay grounded away from racing pressures, describing her as someone he can fully relax with away from the spotlight.

Norris clinched the 2025 drivers’ title by just two points after finishing third at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix behind Max Verstappen and McLaren team-mate Oscar Piastri. The result completed a rare drivers’ and constructors’ championship double for McLaren.
