Travis Kelce had extra star power in the stands as Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez attended the Kansas City Chiefs’ home game against the Houston Texans at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday.

Swift was briefly shown during the broadcast, with a fan on X claiming that she and Gomez were seated next to their parents in the crowd.

“My parents are sitting next to Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez right now. Whatever,” the user wrote, sharing a screenshot of a message exchange in which their mother confirmed a “Taylor sighting”.

Swift’s appearance marked her fifth public outing at a Chiefs game since she and Kelce announced their engagement in August.

Earlier this season, she attended games on 12 October and 19 October. She was also present on 28 October, when she watched from a suite alongside Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes. Her most recent appearance before Sunday came on 23 November, when the Chiefs defeated the Indianapolis Colts 23-20 at home.

Swift and Kelce confirmed their engagement in a joint Instagram post on 26 August. Kelce proposed in a floral garden setting, with the couple captioning their announcement, “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married.”

Their engagement followed two years of dating. The pair first crossed paths after Kelce revealed that he tried to give Swift a friendship bracelet with his phone number on it during one of her Eras Tour concerts.

Swift’s latest appearance comes as Kelce continues his season with the Chiefs under intense public attention, with fans closely tracking both his performances on the field and the growing number of celebrity sightings at games.
