ISLMABAD: A Pakistani Army soldier martyred in firefight with terrorists in North Waziristan district, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, as reported by the military on Monday.
According to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations, Pakistani troops effectively engaged terrorists’ location and apprehended an injured terrorist.

The ISPR statement revealed that Havildar Muhammad Zahir, a 41-year-old resident of Mardan district, valiantly embraced martyrdom in the intense firefight with terrorists. The military’s sanitization operation is actively underway to eliminate any remaining terrorists in the area.
