Raj Nidimoru marries Samantha Ruth Prabhu in intimate Coimbatore ceremony

Director Raj Nidimoru and actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu are officially married. Samantha confirmed the news on Instagram on Monday, sharing photos from the ceremony with the caption “01.12.2025”.

The wedding took place at the Linga Bhairavi Temple inside Sadhguru’s Isha Yoga Centre in Coimbatore, with around 30 guests in attendance. Samantha wore a red saree for the ritual, and the couple arrived in the city a day earlier.

A relationship they kept private

Raj and Samantha sparked dating rumours in 2024 after she posted photos with him and appeared alongside the director at the World Pickleball League, cheering for the Chennai Super Champs.
They have also worked together on The Family Man Season 2 and Citadel: Honey Bunny.

Despite growing speculation, neither addressed their relationship publicly until today’s confirmation.

Samantha was previously married to actor Naga Chaitanya from 2017 to 2021.
Raj was earlier married to Shhyamali De, who shared a cryptic Instagram Story on Sunday as rumours of the wedding gained traction.
