To address environmental concerns, Chief Minister Punjab also declared a special holiday for schools and public sector offices across the province this Saturday.

Earlier this month, Pakistani authorities announced that from December 31, 2023, motor vehicles will be required to be equipped with an M-Tag to gain access to the country’s motorways.

NHA has declared the M-Tag mandatory, and vehicles without the tag will face fines, a move that aims to streamline toll collection and traffic flow.
