LAHORE: Noor Bukhari, the former Pakistani actress and wife of Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) leader Aun Chaudhry is set to make her foray into politics.
After bidding farewell to politics, Noor, now associated with the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP), has officially entered the political arena by submitting nomination papers for a reserved seat for women.
The scrutiny of Noor Bukhari’s nomination papers has been finalized, with the former actress personally visiting the Punjab Election Commission office to oversee the process.
Noor, the wife of IPP leader Aun Chaudhry, is gearing up for a new chapter in her career.

Noor Bukhari, who quit the showbiz industry a few years ago, has married four times. She was first married to a businessman named Vikram in 2008 and got divorced after two years.
41-year-old Noor’s second marriage was to Farooq Mengal in 2010, which lasted less than a year, and her third marriage was to Aun Chaudhry in 2012, however that too lasted only for a few months.
Her fourth marriage also lasted less than 02 years and got married for the fourth time and got separated in September 2017.
In 2020, Noor re-married her ex-husband Aun Chaudhary. The couple first tied knot in 2012, and later separated before starting another chapter.

Several showbiz faces are contesting the upcoming elections, despite the questions raised by the former ruling party. TikToker Sandal Khattak, and internet sensation Chahat Fateh Ali Khan also submitted nomination papers.
