SYDNEY: Pakistani fast bowler Haris Rauf, playing for Melbourne Stars in the Big Bash League, narrowly escaped a dangerous on-field accident that left fans and commentators shocked.

The incident occurred during the 14th match of the BBL, between the Melbourne Stars and the Sydney Thunder. Haris was in top form, taking 3 crucial wickets for just 29 runs and winning the Man of the Match award.
