Good Luck Charlie’s on-screen love triangle just turned real as Shane Harper and Samantha Boscarino marry

Good Luck Charlie fans have a full-circle moment to celebrate. Shane Harper and Samantha Boscarino, who once shared one of the Disney Channel show’s most memorable teen love triangles, are officially married.

From Disney drama to real-life romance

Harper, 32, and Boscarino, 30, first met on Good Luck Charlie, where their characters Spencer and Skyler became tangled in a storyline involving Bridgit Mendler’s Teddy Duncan. In the series, Spencer cheated on Teddy with Skyler, creating one of the show’s biggest arcs before Skyler eventually dated Teddy’s brother PJ.

Off screen, the pair reconnected later in life and developed a relationship that they kept almost entirely private.

The subtle clues fans noticed

Speculation about a wedding first began when Boscarino appeared on Instagram Stories in May wearing a name tag that read “Sam Harper”. Earlier in the year, she posed with Harper in a couples’ photoshoot, wearing a ring on her left hand.

Rumours of an engagement also date back to 2022, when Boscarino was seen wearing a ring at the premiere of their series Power Book IV: Force.

Neither actor has publicly commented on the wedding, and the couple have kept the details of their relationship off social media.

A wave of Good Luck Charlie cast weddings

Harper previously dated co-star Bridgit Mendler from 2011 to 2015, making this the second time the show’s fictional romances have crossed into real life.

The cast has seen several milestone moments in recent years. Mendler married engineer Griffin Cleverly in 2019, and earlier this year Bradley Steven Perry, who played Gabe, wed Natasha Bure during a ceremony in Malibu. Her mother, Candace Cameron Bure, shared photos from the day as she welcomed Perry into the family.
