Four terrorists killed in Bajaur operation: ISPR

BAJAUR: Four terrorists were killed and one apprehended during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in the Charmang area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Bajaur district on Sunday, according to a statement issued by the military’s media wing.

According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Sepoy Mohammad Shoaib embraced martyrdom in the exchange of fire that took place between security personnel and terrorists.

“Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the killed terrorists who remained involved in terrorist activities against security forces as well killing of innocent citizens,” it said.

The ISPR further stated that sanitisation of the area was being carried out to eliminate any other terrorists found in the area.
