Bike stolen from police station in Kot Addu

KOT ADDU: Bike of a citizen who had come to lodge an FIR of theft was stolen from  a police station here on Monday.

According to details, a man identified as Arif hailing from Sanawana Town visited Kot Addu police station to register FIR of a theft case.

After lodging case, when Arif came outside, his new motorcycle was missing from parking of police station.

The affected citizen held protest against the incident and said that when a bike parked inside a police station was not safe then how can the general public consider themselves secure.

Later, the police lodged a theft and bike lifting case and have claimed to trace out the culprits involved. – INP
