Talking to media outside the court, Qureshi said a neutral caretaker setup should be appointed to ensure free and fair elections in the country.
On the proposed Election reforms bill, PTI leader said even coalition partners have expressed their reservations over the legislation.
He also criticized the sexist remarks of Defence Minister Khawaja Asif during joint session of the Parliament yesterday.
Khawaja Asif on Tuesday during the joint session of the parliament had dubbed Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) women counterparts as “garbage” .
“They [women of the PTI] are leftover ruins. They are leftover waste. [PTI’s] garbage is left over which needs to be cleaned,” he said while speaking on the floor.
