Special court reserves verdict on PTI chairman’s bail plea

ISLAMABAD: Hearing of case related to Official Secret Act was held in Islamabad Special Court.

Special Court Judge Abul Hasanat Muhammad Zulqarnain heard the case. He reserved the judgement on whether Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) chairman’s bail application is admissible or not.

The verdict was reserved after hearing arguments on the prosecution’s plea from both, the PTI chairman’s counsel and the Federal Investigation Agency’s (FIA) prosecutor.

The decision of the arguments was reserved by the court on FIA’s request.
